METHOD


  1. Slice 4 spring onions

    2. Roughly chop a good handful of fresh coriander

    3. Roast at 180°C/160°C fan assisted/Gas 5

    4. Place a kilo of chicken wings in a roasting tin and scatter with the coriander, three bashed garlic cloves and the juice of half a lime, dropping the wedge into the tin for extra flavour. Add a good glug of oil (about two tablespoons should do it) and drizzle over 4-5 tablespoons of Cayenne Hot Star Honey. Turn to coat, add the spring onions and roast for about 45 minutes, turning occasionally until charred and sticky. Serve scattered with extra spring onions, fresh coriander, lime wedges and an extra drizzle of the Hot Star Honey.
